Everything always works out for me." - When I lost that job, I thought it was a bad thing, but then, I found a better job or I got free time to take my son to his karate tournament and be there for him. The last hurricane skipped my house. Every time I thought it was the end of the world, I got some help and some how I'm here still standing. Covid didn't affect me, I barely got sick. Cleaning my drawers I found money I forgot there. I found the perfect parking spot at the grocery store. I left my neighborhood and hit the road in perfect timing, there was no traffic exactly when I left.
Every time something happens to confirm that affirmation, make sure you say it out loud to validate it even more. Following this example, let's say that you're driving and you didn't get any red light "Look at that, I'm so lucky!".
Hearing your own voice saying it has a powerful influence in your subconscious and more you do it, more confident you become to change your life over time. Remember, it took years for you to behave the way you do, so little steps will make a difference with consistency.

I always feel lighter for the next few days.
